At Youth Ministry Conversations, we believe you know your group best. This means our resources look a little different than what you may have experienced in the past. We try and create a “buffet” of material so you can choose and pick what works best for your group. You will find ideas, instructions, and possibilities in this packet all related to the theme of “The People: Changed by Christ.” How you use them, and how you structure your study is up to you. We hope you enjoy this resource and return in the future to check out other materials.

This Study:

The Gospels are full of stories of men and women who were changed by an encounter with Christ. Some we know by heart – like Nicodemus and the Samaritan Woman. But what about the less familiar stories? This Bible Study looks at stories of unlikely people who were changed by Christ, and challenges youth you examine their own transformation through meeting Jesus.

Sarah Briggs resides in Black Mountain, NC and is the Youth and Family Ministries Coordinator at St. James Episcopal Church. She is a graduate of Wingate University and the Gardner-Webb University School of Divinity, where her focus was Christian Education and Formation. She enjoys live music, spending time with the folks she loves, and exploring the Blue Ridge Mountains she is lucky enough to call home.
